Modify any plan to get exactly what you want...and none of the features you don't want. We will never try to force our clients into a spec home. We can modify any existing plan or draft a completely new plan that fits.  

We work with your needs, your lifestyle, and your budget. You don't have to compromise anything, and you don't have to pay for space you don't need.      

Choose your level of customization. You can customize your home as much as you like. Go with allowances or use our standard line of products.

No Surprise Pricing. We attach and explain every detail in writing, including a comprehensive list of all inclusions. Before we start construction, we lock in our prices to protect our clients.

Optional Allowances. We don't limit our clients to a set line of products. Our clients have the option of allowances for all major items such as flooring and cabinets. It’s your money, use it for what’s important to you. 

Better Standard Products. Most builders start with a limited line of products, and then upcharge clients for the extras when they upgrade. We don't play any games that way. We provide a comprehensive list of specifications from the start.

Interior designer. Our goal is to make the entire "custom" experience fun and take the stress out. We have a designer that helps guide all your choices. Then you can sit back and relax while your home gets built. We set up a couple of milestone walkthroughs through the process, but we keep it simple.

Mandatory Change Orders - No surprise billing. If you change your mind on anything, we let you know the cost beforehand. 

We will work on your timeline - We coordinate with our clients on your timeline. Sometimes you need to sell a home or have another special circumstances that you need to work around, no problem. 

Always on time. We never miss a possession deadline, and won’t promise something we can’t do. We always set the possession with a contingency to make sure we are on time.   

We can help sell your old home - We will actually pay the list commission on selling your old home, through our professional realtor. 

We can finance - We easily have the capability to finance any home through construction. We also have a special partnership with several banks if you need assistance setting up your financing.
